An Event Manager by profession, a born organizer, nothing is impossible for her. Managing and solving problems is pure pleasure for her. Paulina supervises work in the office and approaches her duties with conscientiousness and dedication. She loves working among people. At the same time, such a creative head at Peninsula Property is a perfect addition to every new project. She values good taste and order at work. In his free time, she travels, studies crime literature and practices sports. She is interested in interior design, especially vintage style.
Olof has more than 30 years of professional experience in the hotel industry, ranging from top City Centre locations to Resort destinations.
He worked in Scandinavia, Latvia, UK, and Ireland to name a few, and has been in Poland the last 13 years.
He has a broad experience in new properties opening, rebranding / renovating hotels, CAPEX planning, Business Development, and portfolio growth.
Before joining the team Olof had a Regional Directors position overseeing a portfolio of international multi branded hotels in 7 countries.
He has also experience with Positioning properties for Mergers and Acquisitions and Operational efficiency.
Olof loves spending time with his family and is a passionate golfer and hunter.
Culinary master. He started his professional career many years ago in an Austrian restaurant. He worked, among others for the Austrian Parliament, American Embassy, La Boheme restaurant. From 2002, for almost 20 years, he was associated with the Rezidor Group hotels in Poland. His experience was eagerly used by new Radisson hotels opened in Poland and abroad. He was trained by Yves Mattagne, who is awarded by the French Culinary Academy and has two Michelin stars at the Sea Gril restaurant in Brussels. Expert of the QAFP pork quality program, supporting the promotion of Polish meat outside Poland, including in the USA, Vietnam and Korea. He represented Poland during culinary shows and competitions organized by the countries of both Americas in Mexico, Cuba and Ecuador – Aregalla. He was also one of the main coaches of the Polish youth team at the Culinary Olympics and the World Cup in Luxembourg. He coached the pomeranian regional team, Pomerania Team, for the Culinary Olympics in Erfurt in 2008, one of the most important and prestigious in Europe and in the world, winning a bronze medal. Juror of many culinary competitions. He works closely with OSSKiC being the president of this organization.
